LOW FIN TUBE
LOW FIN TUBE is manufactured by creating continuous spirals on flat tubes using a rolling method.
Due to their surface area, they are widely used as heat exchanger tubes and
have significantly superior heat transfer performance compared to flat tubes.
The tube and fin are completely integrated, offering excellent durability and resistance to vibration.
Low fin tubes heat-treated with OL material are easy to process, such as cutting and bending, and because the heat exchange surface area is larger than that of flat tubes, heat exchangers can be manufactured compactly.
Technical Specifications
- The tube outer diameter range is 12.7mm to 31.75mm, and the commonly used outer diameters are 12.7mm, 15.88mm, 19.05mm, and 25.4mm.
- Tube material thicknesses can be processed from 1.1mm to 2.11mm, and the material thickness can be selected upon customer request.
- Fin Density can be processed at 19 fins/inch, 26 fins/inch, and 40 fins/inch.
- Although pin height varies depending on the material and thickness, rolling can generally be performed between 0.6mm and 1.5mm.
- Generally, copper (C1220), cupronickel (C7060), and brass (C4430, C6870) are used as materials, and stainless steel and titanium can also be processed upon customer request.
